1. Degree in castings or foundry technology 2. 30 to 35 years old 3. 5 years foundry experience 4. Fluent English 5. Able to travel. Must not have any travel restrictions 6. Be able to resolve major/critical supplier quality issues 7.Be able to conduct supplier audit, especially process audit 8. Possess the technical ability to work independently with Chinese suppliers, good project management capability 9. Possess good problem Solving skills 10. Possess Excellent verbal and written skills both at English and Chinese. Be capable of leading telephone conversation in English and being understood
