Job Description: 1. Convoke MT Weekly Meeting Prepare MT meeting accordingly, which includes meeting room reservation, equipments preparation, releasing meeting announcement. Attend the meeting and make record, release meeting minutes to relevant colleagues. 2. Assistant works MT assistant work involves MT business trip preparation, hotel reservation, air tickets, transport arrangement, expense report, passport and visa application, and other assistant works for MT. 3. Reception works for US colleagues Airport pick up and drop off. When we get the itinerary email from US colleagues, we forward the flight information to Administration department and arrange cars accordingly and reply to US colleagues in time. 4.Hotel Reservation and Transportation. With email informing from US colleagues, we book hotel according to their requirement and forward the hotel information to Administration department for transportation arrangement. Make sure morning pick up and evening drop off every day while US colleagues in CD. 5.Food and Drink. Collect the information on lunch requirements every day and buy food in. If someone require going out for lunch, we arrange cars for them. Keep some cola, soda water, coffee and other drinks in stock for US colleagues. 6. Important Conference Preparation. While US leaders hold important meetings in CD office, GM assistant handles the preparation works which include to reserve and tidy up conference room, to prepare flowers, snacks and drinks, arrange meeting lunch and so on. 7.Other Works. Handle some occasional works required by US colleagues to support their work in CD. 8.Business VISA Application for CD Staff ?Support CD staff to apply VISAs of foreign countries. ?Support CD staff to apply Tai Wan VISA. ?Provide invitation letters for foreign cus
